OMAHA/LINCOLN, NEBRASKA – January 8, 2025 – We are proud to announce a major evolution in our identity. Effective January 1, 2025, Rabble Mill has transitioned to a unified brand identity as “The Bay.” This change reflects our ongoing commitment to clarity, inclusivity, and impact.
The Bay shows young people what’s possible through personalized instruction, focused on future-ready skills. With locations in Lincoln and Omaha, The Bay serves as a launchpad for youth engagement and workforce education for ages 5 to 24.
“The Bay in Lincoln has been a hub for youth engagement, creativity, and education since 2010,” said Andrew Norman, Executive Director and Co-Founder. “By embracing this name organization-wide, we are simplifying how we tell our story while staying true to our mission.”
What This Means for Our Locations
The Bay LNK: Our space in Lincoln will continue to serve as a dynamic venue for our youth engagement, Bay High and Gap Year programming.
The Bay OMA: Our partnership with Omaha Parks and Recreation at the Benson Community Center in Omaha will grow under the same unified identity, bringing The Bay’s impact to even more young people.
New Website: Clearer Messaging, Better Experience
As part of this transformation, we are unveiling a completely reimagined website. With a fresh, intuitive design and updated messaging, the new site clearly tells our story and details how our programming impacts young people.
