HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS + SENIORS

A LINCOLN PUBLIC SCHOOLS PARTNERSHIP

Bay High, a collaborative focus program between Lincoln Public Schools, The Bay, and local business partners, uniquely supports high school juniors and seniors who are driven to pursue creative and entrepreneurial careers. Students at Bay High gain hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and the mentorship needed to thrive as creators of tomorrow, using professional tools, real-world projects, and valuable networks that set them apart.

GAP YEAR

AGES 18-24

Gap Year, our 8-month skill and career accelerator for young adults aged 18-24, is designed to equip you with the tools and direction to plan for a successful future. Through Gap Year, participants gain professional and industry-relevant skills, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and the chance to secure paid internships. Scholarships may be available for those who qualify.
